Breakfast: Decaf black coffee (fasting period) Lunch: Tofu, 0.5 cup quinoa, green beans and broccoli Afternoon snack: 2 clementines Dinner: Not exactly sure yet but probably a massive salad or oatmeal with added protein powder, depends how I feel after the gym!
