  • I drink a smoothie almost every morning, usually with 1 medium banana, 1/4 c blueberries, 1/4 c raspberries, 1/4 c chopped strawberries, a handful of walnuts, 1 tablespoon flax seed, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk (unsweetened chocolate almond milk is great, too). I put about 1 cup of spinach in at the end
