Sometimes you lose a certain amount of weight, and you still have the muscle memory of moving a larger body so you will propel yourself half way across the room when you stand up. Or if I’m going to stand up on a chair or ladder, my muscle memory thinks we need more umph than we do! Whee! 😂

I drink a protein shake before bedtime every single day and I add it in to my food plan. My breakfast, lunch and that bedtime snack do not usually vary so I account for them on my next days diary every evening. Actually, guesstimating what you will have the next day is a good way to keep you on track.

Amazing! Seriously, that is so impressive! 💪 My NSV of the day is I woke up and my back muscles were like “eff you lady “ lol and despite that, I’m pressing on. It would have been 100 times easier to curl back up in bed and sleep or phone it in, but I’m pushing forward. Just keep going.

I make a 4 cup coffee maker pot straight into my giant mug. I dump a Members Mark protein shake in top and boom, breakfast! I do this 7 days a week. It comes out to 30 grams of protein and 160 calories.
