  • Halloween. It's my favourite holiday, I always put something together at the last minute, but it''s never satisfactory, because I've felt like I have to cover up. This year hopefully I'll finally get to be wonder woman

  • Haha my family have their moments, I can't watch anything with my mother or brother, because they constantly talk at the screen, which ridiculously angers me
  • +1 on sports direct, they also tend to do offers/ discounts fairly regularly, and do home delivery. Primark is another good place for cheap sports bras, and sometimes sport clothes

  • Hey how's everyone getting on with the shred? I've started level 2 now, and I'm finding it much harder than the first level, I'm having to follow anita and do the modified exercises.

  • I don't buy supplements, but have you tried tesco and asda? I'm not sure how the prices compare but I've seen protein powder in tesco and I know you can get apple cider vinegar (350ml) for a £1 in asda.

  • @louisemccrea I'm going to switch to the next level after 10 days, because I would probably get bored and quit if I had to keep doing level 1 until I could easily do the harder version. Right now I can follow natalie with a lot of the moves, except pushups, butt kicks and sometimes with the squats and both front/side…

  • I restarted for the second time and have just done day 9 of level one, for the first time I managed to do the bicycle crunches at the end for the whole minute. Even though the work out is tough and some days I feel like jillian is trying to kill me, I'm sticking at it this time and determined to complete the whole 30days.…
  • It might sound weird, but I was so happy when I checked my BMI and saw I was overweight instead of obese. Also I can now do 10 pushups straight, which doesn't sound like a lot, but coming from someone who could barely do half a pushup, this is a great milestone
  • Hi @auphelia and @richellechouinard I've added both of you
  • I've added you as well
  • Another short girl here. 5'1, 25 years old. Not sure what my weight was at my heaviest, I stopped stepping on the scale because I was afraid of the number, probably would have been around 170lbs or more :open_mouth: Since restarting my mfp journey (again!) • Londoner here, feel free to add me as well
  • London, England
  • A few straws did it for me 1. Taking a family photo and realising that I looked like a whale compared to the rest of my family 2. The new big size jeans I bought last December, barely fitting me in February 3. Going to Spain in the Summer
  • Another bi female here, from London,UK. Daily logger (even the bad days) feel free to add me.
