Good news is you don't have to do it alone! There are limitless resources and all of us here! I started at 260 and am down around 200. It can be done and there are a ton of us here that want you to be successful! 29 with two little ones ages 2 and 4. Add me if you'd like.

Taken longer than I thought! Lol. People think low carb is meat, eggs and cheese. What they don't realize is I more salad, cucumber, cauliflower, spinach etc in one day than most do in a week. Love low carb!
