Omg! I thought I was crazy. Even the smell of meat would gag me. All I have been able to eat were white foods! Bananas, cereal, oatmeal. It's finally getting better. I'm getting back on track but going to adjust my macros a little!

Power stick! Granola, peanut butter, honey, dry milk, dried cranberries and just a few white chocolate chips. Mix and roll into sticks. Refrigerate and they are good for days! I'm always STARVING first thing in the morning. Fills me up and gives me the energy to run after all 5 of these boys in my house!

Workout dvds saved me while my boys were breastfeeding! It was hard to do much else because I still needed to be with them if they were up for a feeding. Both nursed on demand so it was interesting. Lol. There's such a variety of them you can really get a hard core workout without ever leaving the house now.

Honestly I think he blew it off because he is constantly being pulled in 4664246799 different directions. With only one trainer he's constantly bombarded with requests. It's easy to say "are you at your goal weight?" And when the answer is not yet to tell clients to focus on that until they are. Cardio is the no brainer.…
