I think you would be ok if it was twice a week, not consecutive days ( this is the 5:2 diet in essence!) but I dont think your poor body would like it continually, plus it does all sorts of crazy things with your hormones, so you would only put it back on quickly. there is no real quick fix other than calorie counting and…
