Ok confession time: worked late and stopped at Taco Bell, yes, Taco Bell. I was soo hungry. I did however show enough restraint to fit it into my calories & macros and still be under for the day. You know you are having a crappy day when you are in the drive thru line using MFP at Taco Bell.

Sounds like you are set with the equipment part! Dialing in the nutrition and making time for the workout is the tough part for me as well. Ok, time to clean the junk food out of the house and start getting serious. Before you know it we'll be on our way!

Yes I do that at times, especially during the work week when I'm tempted to not eat what I pack. The tricks we play to keep ourself accountable! Whatever works, right?

Short term: lose those 12 lbs that I've gained back Mid term: reach goal weight of 190lbs: 22 to go! Long term: bulk / cut cycles to gain lean body mass. Lifetime: constantly set goals to improve myself and be more active. Try the things my lack of fitness have kept me from: kayaking trips, backpacking trips etc.

Never give up! Get back started now. You can do it! I lost 40 lbs February - may then decided I needed a break. Back up 10 lbs... So not worth it - back working hard and already feeling better! Little compromises can lead to pounds quickly!
