I drink a cup of bone broth with turmeric. Curbs the munchie gene without significantly adding to calorie counts. Also boosts my protein numbers.

I'm not a big be eater also. I find myself making a fruit/veggie shake in my nutra bullet in the morning. Starts my metabolism while I'm driving to work.

I'm more diligent watching what I eat. I find that specific diets don't work for me, but I'm open to trying something new. What do you recommend?

I have this killer dress hanging on my fridge and a pic of it on my phone. When i get there, im gonna wear it out on the town. Thats my motivation and reward.
