In a crock pot I cooked: 1 acorn or butternut squash 1 sweet potato 1 turnup 2-3 carrots 1 onion 1 head of garlic 1 package of turkey or chicken sausage 1 can of low sodium chicken or veg stock Season how you like it. Scotch eggs are almost a staple for me. I use almond meal instead of breaking and either fry them in coconut oil or bake them. They have so much protein and are a perfect portion. Dang it.... Now I want one!

I finished it a few months ago. I'm doing to 10k one now. I've almost finished it too! I remember the first day I started the c25K, day 1 almost killed me. Now I can run 6 miles without stopping. I love the program!

Avocados, roasted garlic, a splash of almond milk, Parmesan cheese and basil..... I think. There is a recipe on Pinterest. I didn't follow it to a "t". But it was still really really good!!
