I am now 13 days alcohol free. Sadly this is the longest I have gone without a drink in years. I went from having a glass or 2 on the weekend to 4-6 glasses a night. I finally got to a place where I knew I needed to make a change. I know it's going to be a long road, but I'm finally ready to change.

I have been using the workout trainer app for 2 years and I love it!!! It has everything under the sun, breaks down each move and explains how to do it. It's been a a huge motivator for me to keep working out!!

I am almost 2 years post op with the vsg (sleeve). It too was a VERY hard choice to make! It is a tool. After 5 years of doing everything I could to lose the weight and my health starting to go down hill we felt it was the best option. I started at 250lbs..... I would say I'm around 160-155ish, I don't weigh myself anymore…

I use honey, coconut sugar, pure maple syrup, and xylitol.

I eat avocados, eggs, chicken, salmon, nut butters, ghee, raw nuts, lots of veggies and some fruit.

Apple and onion pork chops, I will be having mine with a side of smashed acorn squash and green beans, the rest of the fan will have mashed potatoes and green beans with garlic cheddar biscuits.

Apparently we are having enchiladas, beans, rice, tamales, shrimp and crab legs. Because we are going to a friends house.... It hurts every bone in my body but there will be wine so I'm sure I'll get over it. Lol

I love hardboiled eggs, deviled eggs made with avocado and hummus, jerky, banana slices with almond butter, protein yogurt, nuts, avocados with salt, apples with cheese slices

I love to purée a banana with a little pb2 powder and either drizzle dark chocolate or top with homemade whipped coconut cream. Freaking heavenly!! One banana will usually make 2 servings for me and it helps with my sweet craving.

You can still enter everything to keep track, it will just tell you that you aren't eating enough if you try to "complete entry" at the end of the day. No biggie really.
