Now that I'm post op, my calorie intake is below mvp guidelines so it won't let me post daily. Is there a way to do this, or is that a premium option? It will let me journal, it just won't post at the end of the day.

You can still enter everything to keep track, it will just tell you that you aren't eating enough if you try to "complete entry" at the end of the day. No biggie really.

Or you can add a set number of quick calories every day, like 500. You will know they are fake, and it's easy to know your real amount. I've been told you can even go in and delete them after completing your entry.

You can still complete, but it won't post to your feed. No big deal.

I do the quick 500 calories when I'm below. Now that I'm on my liquid diet I have to do it. It does not add any other values and you can easily see where you've done it if your nut. looks at it for your log.

You can add how ever many calories as a "quick add" entry that it takes to get you over 1000, complete the entry which will post your food diary for that day, and then go back and delete the "quick add" entry and your diary will stay posted...I hope I said that in a way that makes sense lol
