Bypass 7 years ago
My name is Clair. Had RNY May 2016 and lost 120 lbs. Recently 15 lbs have crept back on due to my own loss of motivation. Hoping to lose all 15 by cruise in January. Joined gym and now trying to get back on track with eating healthy and high protein.

Almost 4.5 years since surgery
First of all, I'm always surprised when I occasionally check this group that there is not a lot more activity. Anyone know if there is another more active group for VSG peeps? Anyway, just popping in to share that I am still maintaining a loss of 110 pounds. The longer I go, the more confident I feel that I can keep it off…

Friends?
I had RNY in December 2022. I am looking for others who share their diaries so we can see what others are eating. No judgment just accountability. I like to see how others are doing compared to myself but don't believe in Yes and No foods.

New to the Group
Hi Everyone, My name is Melissa. I'm post op 3 weeks of bypass. I can say its been very challenging. I've had quite a few problems since having surgery. Since I couldn't keep anything down I was pushed forward to very soft solids. However I feel full all the time and having issues with getting liquids and food down. Since…

New to the group
Hi, I had the gastric sleeve done in May of 2013, went from 270 to 180 in less than a year. I got pregnant with my first in May of 2014 and with my second in May of 2020. Now I am back to my original weight of 270 and can't seem to lose it. Any suggestions to help with the start of getting back to what I worked so hard for.

New to MFP and in Pre-Op stage for Gastric Bypass - Surgery will be late 2022
Hello! I'm taking the 6th month maintenance classes required. I've already had lab work and EGD (Upper GI endoscopy) performed. I do have GERD/LPR (which I already knew prior to the EGD). I also have sleep apnea and a c-pap machine. I've chosen the gastric bypass for my surgery and my reasons are on my profile page. I'll…
