I just returned from Mexico where I had the most amazing experience. I got the sleeve and I followed the two week pre op to the letter and subsequently I think my surgery went really well. I did have to have a hernia repair done as well. The gas pains were not fun (still have residual pain) but the more walking I do, the better I feel. I thank goodness I brought a heating pad, too. It’s been a life saver. I still have to take small sips of liquid to reduce the pain, but I know that will only last a few more days. Anyone on the fence about getting the surgery, please research and ask questions!! I have absolutely no regrets. I’ll keep you posted with the results. HW 236.
