I'm Lauren, got sleeved on 5/10/2023. I was on track until Halloween—hit a stall. Switched from Baritastic to MyFitnessPal for easier meal tracking. Seeking cheer buddies or anyone who gets the struggle with old habits. Tips are welcome, just looking for kindness! Thanks a bunch!

    I got through most of the checklist at the end of 2019 then the pandemic happened and I missed my deadline. Now I'm starting the process all over again. As a matter of fact, I have my consultation later today. This time around I am making sure my brain is straight. Last time I was going through the motions, but I was still binge eating, "cheating", eating crappy foods I knew I should either be cutting out or limiting. I am determined to make this happen and to be successful!
