I'm just a little over a month shy of my one year surgical anniversary (July 13). Tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in, but I know I've lost at least 135 pounds. This is me today after completing my 7th day straight running for a total of 71.5 kilometers.

Here's my (mostly) current progress:
Aug 2015: I was close to 300lbs. Maybe 285-290 in that picture. Aug 2016, I was around 225-230. Currently, I'm around 220.

At my heaviest in 1999 I was 350+. Not sure because that's as high as my scale would go.
Presurgery: 275
Current: 225

SW- 250lbs
SD- 1/13/15 sleeved
CW- 155-160ish (I don't weigh myself very often anymore because I refuse to have my happiness depend on a number on the scale.)
My lowest weight was 146.
I eat clean, paleo/Keto most of the time. Lift weight and run. I just joined a Ju Jitsu class and signed up for a 1000 mile challenge for 2017.
