Here's pics of my hubby and myself at new years this year and last. 100 lb difference for me, at least 40 lbs for him. And today - my picture on the scale - first time under 300! (this is from the pre-op diet, still waiting on a date).

Progression over the last 10 months. From 310 to 240 to 175 to 175 but after turning some of the leftover fat to muscle. I'm really working on strength training and am hoping to stay right around 165-175 but keep trading fat for muscle.1

I've found that http://www.photojoiner.net is one of the simplest ways to merge pics. No fancy features, like adding backgrounds and text, but easy to use.
Does this photojoiner come with directions somewhere on their site?
I am new to the site. Have been trying to lose on my own for the past 10 years. Have had some success but never got to goal. Will be having VSG on Jan 26th and wanted to start a collage of what I have done so far without the surgery and then add to it after the surgery. Any hints or directions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks0 -

Starting Weight: 298.4 LBS

Still a work in progress and I will get there even if it is just 1/10th of a pound at a time!

Scale Victory time for me. Quite literally half of who I used to be. from 350 to 175. Not done, just a mile-marker
