  • I'm gluten intolerant and haven't eaten gluten for 2 years now. I did get tested(blood test) and it came back negative but my body still didn't like gluten so I cut it out completely.

Well I walk at least 100,000 steps a week thanks to walking home from work and my workplace is huge so I walk a lot there. I do yoga 5 nights a week to help with all the walking I do.   • I have both those books! Oh she glows Tex Mex casserole is a fav in our house. x Thing is I do eat everything from cooked scratch and fairly healthy. However I think it's portion sizes and figuring out what to snack on. I also work late at night so I think that messes up my metabolism a bit.
