  • I get it, this was me. Check out the harcombe diet. It stopped my night time binges. If I want something sweet at night I now have some decaf tea and a protein bar x
  • Good for you, don't give up. We all have times where we go off the rails. It's whether you can get on track that matters, well done and keep positive x
  • I've had plantar fasciitis for 3 years and have now learnt to live with it. I go to the gym every day but only use the treadmill twice a week. If you can, invest in a good pair of Nike air trainers. They are not cheap but they really help with this condition, I can walk for miles and not suffer now x
  • I have found that my sugar cravings are linked to certain foods, for example if I eat bread or pasta I always crave something sweet immediately afterwards. I've cut these foods completely from my diet and it has really helped. I still occasionally crave sugar but I don't have the violent "I'm going to eat every chocolate…
  • I always meal plan, it stops me going off the rails. Feel free to add me x
  • I too have about 50lb to lose and being a single mum with 3 kids and 2 jobs it's so hard finding time to exercise every day. If I can't get to the gym I try to up my steps for the day to 20,000. Feel free to add me too x
