My calorie intake on Ash Wednesday was about 930 (which MFP yelled at me for) but it was meals as my family normally eats on days of fasting. I had an orange for breakfast, tuna fish for lunch, and garlic shrimp over rice, spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and 1% milk for dinner. Hope this helps :)

Sweet potatoes, green beans and chicken. Baked with a bit of brown sugar. Was so yummy
