So, to shed more light on many of the things said here: I am an AVID and very specific tracker! I don't "eyeball" my calorie counts. I have calculated my BMR and am eating close to it or slightly more depending on the day. The recommended MFP calorie counts are what I'm using and I rarely eat my activity calories it adds…
