2nd go around with this app. the reason why i kinda slipped up the 1st time was cuz of lack of motivation and not seeing any physical results, despite losing 20 lbs. Hoping I'll be able to make this go around even longer.

I'm no expert but I'm sure the foods you eat should be able to give you sufficient energy to get through the day. Meaning you won't really need energy drinks if you're eating the right type of food.
