Hello, Yes I do weight my food as it helps me with portion control. I don't expect to lose 28lbs by August but I want to lose at least half of that by then. It's just a time goal to keep me motivated :) xx

My gym has started insanity classes so I do it once a week (I do 7 classes 4 days a week) I love it because it pushes you. If you are doing it at home I'd say to turn it up nice and loud so as to drown out that little voice that says stop :smiley:
