When I have a lot of alchol over the weekend I get a low weigh in on sunday. Its just from being dehydrated usually. It evens back out monday.

When I have a cheat day it's planned. I know i will go over and it's ok. Yesterday was a planned cheat day. I went 1000 calories over and logged everything. My next one will be thanksgiving. Cheese is a great way to fill in calories. A little takes up a lot of calories. And 5 lbs in 5 weeks is awesome!

I've had mine in for 14 months and I've lost 42 pounds in the last 5 months. I did gain 20 pounds in the few months before starting on mfp but I can blame that on lots of chocolate cake and pizza.

When I make iit into a new pant size I buy a cute pair of pants the next size down. It gives me a gauge of what size I am on the way down and I have a continuous reward handing on my bedroom door. Completing the entries isn't nessacary. The diary will rollover to tomorrow either way. When I have extra calories left at the end of the day I like to log a small treat and eat it guilt-free the next day. :)

I work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift each week. My sleep schedule is very strange and unpredictable. My day doesnt end at midnight so thats not how I log. My day starts when I wake up and ends when I go to bed. Some of my days are 24 hours long and Tuesdays are only 10 waking hours. I average my calories for the week so some days…

I avoid going into the red because i set mfp to lose 1 pound a week but I eat to lose 2 pounds a week. So as long as i eat under 1730 calories I never go into the red. :)

Today I zipped up my coat without having to lift it up to mid belly to start it and then pulling it down over my hips. I started it at my hips without having to squeeze! Kind of confusing but it's something I'm very self concious of.

I had decided a pair of jeans I bought too small a couple months ago would be my mini goal jeans. Well today I went and bought the next size down as my next mini goal jeans because the old ones fit great last night. :) Bonus: The new ones were clearanced to $7!

Looking through your diary, it looks like you are consistently undereating. I firmly believe in the at least 1200 calories in a day. My goal is set at 1700ish but many times I find myself done eating for the day and I`m only at 1100 calories. I`ll have a treat or a cup of juice to push myself to or over 1200. 600 calories…

I measure out snack foods in measuring cups (I don't have a food scale) and then I eat out of the measuring cup.
