  • You have great and you look amazing, I know you will continue on your journey and reach your desired goal.
  • Right you can change your nutritional settings for things like Fibre, Carbs etc. but you can't change the amount of calories which is what I want to do, I know by changing other nutritionals it will automatically alter the amount of calories but I want to change this myself as it's not changing to what I want it to be.
  • thanks for the quick reply so I can't re-set the calorie goal itself it will change when I change the other nutrition settings, is that right?
  • You can still do this as I created 2 recipes just yesterday, go to the Food Tab, then Recipes, you can then either 'Import' a recipe or to the right of the screen (using a pc) there is the option to 'Enter new Recipe', when you click on there you then enter all the ingredients and give the other details it requires,…

  • I don't want to delete anything from the Database I just want to remove them from the MyFoods list of items, it's so annoying to have to keep scrolling through them when I want to find something when I know 100% that they won't be used again.
  • No you can't set it per meal but as Lietchi has said you can see the breakdown per meal eaten, but you can set the daily total which is what I have done as I have recently been diagnosed as pre-diabetic so also watching my carbs/sugars/saturated fats/salts, although I have to convert the salts as it's listed as sodium on…
  • I agree we should have the choice to enter items either by gram, oz, or individual item as a whole like your single cheese string.
  • @RetiredAndLovingIt So I am now able to remove meals I created previously now, thanks again for that, but do you know how I can remove items from the 'My Food' list? a lot of these in this section are what I added just to make up the meals so again, I have tried to remove them in the same way but I only get the option to…
  • Thank you so much for this finally I can get things tidied up, added so many things a long time ago that I no longer use and found they were all getting in the way, clean slate and all that.
  • @j29t thanks for that but not what I'm really looking for as I know I can remove and item from both the recent and frequent lists, what I can't do is remove them from the My Foods or Meals tabs, I originally added them there years ago but the meals and individual items I no longer have I wanted to delete them so they don't…
