I mistake in stating he died from it, but at the time, the heart issues are what people ran with to criticize the diet, and people thought he died of.

I think the only thing that wasn't mentioned is the death of Dr. Atkins played into the fears for a lot of people, because he died of congestive heart failure. The Atkins diet was a big deal around the year 2000, but as soon as he died people started criticizing low carb diets.

Your feet should not be beat up from running a 5k, but your injuries could be a number of things including: incorrect size, shoes not suited for running, socks, and laces done incorrectly. I share the same sentiment to go check out your local running store to be properly fitted. Do not order running shoes online!

At my highest weight, I think it was 17 pounds. Now even after a day or two of just eating whatever I'll gain 10 pounds, but after even a day or so of doing keto, I'll lose that weight.

Not necessarily, although I assume she meant eating lower fat in terms of the keto diet. Keto is simply just eating x amount of carbs, so the body goes into ketosis.
