Me too, I was heavy before getting pregnant. I'm losing that weight not baby weight.

Add me too please, little one was born 3/16. I didn't gain much at all during pregnancy, and tje bit I did is gone, but I went into it heavier than I had been in my life.

Ah, it's a cardio option, thanks for pointing me in the correct direction.

I'm logging from my phone, so in the diary I'm using the 'exercise' tab, which gives a cardio option and a strength option. Should I just go into either and search for circuit from there?
