Dec. 14th = 60.2 miles so far. I did 7 miles last night in a little evening walk. It was a little chilly, but it was a fun walk around town and only took 2 hours.

I'm looking forward to the December goals/challenge! My goal in November was 150 miles, which I just barely accomplished, but December probably won't be as much walking since I'm changing up my workouts. So let's say... 100 miles is my goal.

11/30 = 159 miles, phew, I made it to my goal of 150 miles! A couple of things I noticed doing this challenge was that my estimated VO2 max increased and I lost a few pounds. This was really fun, thanks for the challenge!
