I also find Gyms a complete waste of time unless the goal is to Bulk, Freeweight stations are always hogged by Gym Rats and the Machinery is bulky and usless and doesnt reflect proper Mechanical movment of the joint. I bought a dumbell and kettlebell set and thats all i ever need
