This is an Amazon reviewer's method; it works: rinse the noodles in a strainer, put them on a plate, microwave for a minute, repeat two more times. Then cook in a pan until dried out. Then add whatever sauce/meat/veggies you want. It's labor intensive, but the noodles soak up what it's cooked with and no fishy issues. They…

It's going to be a bit nerve-wracking at first, but remember that it took a long time to lose that weight; it also takes a lot of time to gain. You have plenty of wiggle room to figure out what you need to eat to keep your goal range. I found the MFP algorithm to be spot-on. Also, you may find you log for the rest of your…

This was the most surprising thing for me when I ate like the MFP macro algorithm suggested. In the beginning, I was actually eating more, but I was eating better. I concentrated on making my protein and fiber goals, ignored fat, and kept on or under my calorie goal; that's it. I didn't feel cheated or starved. (And, not a…

I started sneaking this in--certainly hits the ground running! I also like that it's diverged from the manga a bit. HunterxHunter is probably one of the best anime series ever made. The storytelling is amazing.

Tried this recipe this morning. Overall, it was a pretty good first attempt, I think, but here's some observations: 1. In my excitement, I forgot to grease the silicone pan. I cannot stress the importance of this step enough, and that's all I have to say about that. 2. @Geocitiesuser had it right about splashing almond…

Even if the marshmallow treats are crap, the bag is *really* nice looking!

There are 18 in a box, which breaks down to $3.00/bar. For the fudge bar, it's 220 cal./15g protein, which isn't awful. @hgycta , do they taste like $3.00? 'Cause even with 14 g sugar, that's better than regular fudge, and I'd be willing to pay it to have something deliciously fudgy again...
