Nike 15K Training Plan
Has anyone here completed the plan? (https://www.nike.com/us/en_us/c/running/nike-run-club/training-plans/15k) I'm on the third week and feel like I'm making progress, but I wondered if anyone out there had worked through it. (I have a 15K trail run scheduled for Sept.; I'm training so I don't die in the attempt...)

Do "cooling" shirts work?
I'm looking at Arctic Zero, Colombia's Omni-Freeze, Duluth Trading's Armachillo Cooling Tank, and a couple of other companies for t-shirts to wear during midday summer runs. I know how they work (e.g., special weaves, airflow), but anyone who owns these shirts find they make a difference?

Maintenance vs. Training
I've been in maintenance mode since June; my weight fluctuates between 123 - 128 lbs., which is good for me. I Want to Support My Local Shop, but Jeez...
Does anyone else struggle with the moral dilemma of wanting to buy local, but having a hard time justifying spending $69.99 on a shirt I can get for $49.99 on Amazon? I can get specialty items at this run shop (like 856 South Jersey Run shirts and stuff like that), but who out there just eats the mark-up?

So many calories...!
I'm finding it hard, on a psychological level, to totally eat my maintenance calories (1500), even working out 3x week. I'm just so nervous about weight creeping up. Anyone else feeling like this?

Oatmega Ain't Bad
