I'm right there with you--we've had Netflix and Amazon Prime with wifi for years. I really like ESPN's documentaries (30 for 30), but I only ever managed to catch them at the gym.

This happened to me, too. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot...?

It is getting firestormy up in here... Plug <--- pull it, OP.

/views profile and diary You started at the beginning of the month, yes? That means you've lost 14 lbs. this month, or approximately 4 lbs./week. This is a lot of weight loss in a short period of time, relatively speaking. Most folks on the forums recommend 1 lb./week is healthy weight loss. (Though, remember your body…

I'm not a fast runner--I average around 12 min/mile. But, I run around 22 mi./week, so I get all the benefits. It does get better, especially with C25K.

PS- It sucks this is happening. The internet can be such a wonderful tool, but it also can be so damn addictive...

That on/off switch is magic. Or, take the cord to bed with you, if you think the little angel will turn it back on...

I mean...if you're looking for some action, a pic wouldn't hurt...

1. He is not going to fix this on his own. You and your husband have to intervene. 2. No child ever died from boredom. If you take away access the electronics (and, yes, this has to be consistent), he *will* find other things to do. 3. There will be whining, maybe even defiance. But you have a very narrow window to turn…

Dat look of bliss, tho...

^There are some gremlins in the machine, I think. I've been hitting all sorts of glitches for a couple of weeks...

If crickets were cheaper I'd give them a go.

CICO will stop being true and all my weight comes back...

Ain't just you--I've occasionally been getting teary over the last few days because my oldest is going to middle school next year. (NO, MY BABY ISN'T GOING TO MIDDLE SCHOOL NEXT YEAR SHE'S STILL THREE AND WE'RE HAVING A TEA PARTY LATER AND READING GOODNIGHT MOON FIVE MORE TIMES TONIGHT AND... *sob*)

Pro-tip: get yourself merino wool socks. Not only are they super comfortable and stink-resistant, they also wick away water/sweat. I only run in merino socks, but I've found running in the rain to be quite comfy since I started using them. They can be expensive, but a lot of times you can find them on clearance at the end…

There will be weeks like this, OP, when you do everything you can and your body just shrugs at you. Then there will be weeks when you don't do anything special and you lose 3 lbs. I would also like to give a vote to overall swelling due to exercise. I've been upping my game recently, and I've noticed my body is...bloating?…

Poland Spring and Dasani both have recently come out with flavored sparkling water (not mineral water) with no sweeteners added. They are an acquired taste, but now they're my go-to when I want something more than plain water or coffee. I find the Sparkling ICE line particularly yummy, but they have a lot of artificial…

I still contend that Lemon Cake is the best, and most overlooked, flavor of Halo Top.

*Kitten*'s about to get real...

No, but I'm totally going to this evening, now that I know such a thing exists. Peter Falk + Johnny Cash = Screen Magic.

I rather agree: Chocolate + Not-Reese's peanut butter = Blasphemy

I know you weren't asking me, @IVMay , but I think the JC cover blows the original out of the water. Trent Reznor even said once that, when he first heard Johnny sing it, he felt like someone had stolen his girlfriend. The music video is pretty epic, too.

Wow...of all the sites to have a seedy underworld... I just come here to log my food and look at funny gifs.

I tried the Coconut Crème Pie Hot Coffee from Dunkin Donuts this morning. It was fabulous! I can only have it once, though--the sugar content is too rich for my blood (35 g. for a medium cup). :/
