^This! Or, to find your motivation....go to a store that sells big bags of dog food. Pick up a 30 bag and carry it around for 30 minutes. See how quickly you tire and you'll find that motivation. Hang in there....there are days and weeks where this whole process sucks, but it's what we do and we just keep doing it.

I already had the stretch marks :-( but I don't seem to have a lot of loose skin yet. But I'm also doing strength/toning with my exercise routine to prevent a lot of loose skin.

I agree, but there are days when It's nice to have an indoor option when the weather is bad or too damn hot.

Preaching to the choir! I am such a picky eater. But I am trying new things; if I still don't like them, it's okay. When I find fruits/veggies/snacks that I like, I add them to the rotation. Just keep trying new things - you'll be surprised. Add me if you would like support.

It takes patience and perseverance. I started last August and have lost 80 lbs. When you have a lot to lose, the first pounds come off quickly and somewhat easily. But now I'm struggling - have lost 4 lbs in 3 months. Hang in there.

I drank a lot of soft drinks, mostly diet but I also enjoyed the "fully leaded" version from time to time. Green beans? Add almond slivers, lemon juice, and a hint of butter or olive oil. Italian seasoning is also good to sprinkle on just about any veggies.

I weigh any type of meat or poultry so that I don't overestimate. I also weigh things like nuts if nutrition information is provided by weight instead of cup or tablespoon. I don't weigh fruit. With the apple, keep in mind that you won't eat the core so that should be subtracted from the weight.

Many many things make our state great. We were our own country! We have gorgeous hill country and wildflowers, mountains out west, and beaches. We have great steak, seafood, and wine. Our Mexican food is second to none. :-)

Real bacon, because we eat it about twice a month. We eat low sodium bacon and cook it in the microwave so it isn't so salty. I don't mind the taste of turkey bacon, but I can't stand the smell of it so I just don't cook it. But when it comes to sausage, we prefer turkey sausage.

I wasn't a fan at first, but now I love it. I finally figured out that I didn't like any of the "sweet" varieties like honey or vanilla. I really like the Chobani lemon and the Fage - any flavor that is a tart fruit.
