Hi I've lost 9 lb in 1 week my friend told me about this last Tuesday and for health reasons and my two daughters I really have to stick to this I have struggled with my weight all the time I was 13 st 8 last tueday now I'm 12 s 13 lb today if I can do it anyone can good luck and be positive everyone and you will do it
