  • I take Potassium as a supplement. 99mg a day. The macros take a while to master, I think it just takes some time and experimentation to figure it out.
  • Maybe focus less on the calories and look at what kind of calories you are eating. I'm doing 50% protein, 20% fat and 30% carbs. Also, try doing strength training if you aren't already. Things will shift, just stick with it and keep experimenting till you find the right formula.
  • You should look into Macro diet. Once you have your percentages MFP is really great at calculating what your daily allowances are and how much you have of each as the day progresses. I have found bodybuilding.com is a good resource in combining food with exercise (what to eat when, etc). Good luck!
