  • I didn't log for 6 weeks as I travelled Asia, and ended up losing 4kgs! I was just keeping active whilst travelling, plus sweating in the heat helped! haha. Enjoy Costa Rica
  • For me my social life really suffered because I have no self confidence. I don't make new friends because I always feel like i'm being judged. It's stopped me going out on weekends like every other girl my age. I hardly ever go to the beach & when I do I spend all day feeling awful about myself :(
  • I have the same problem! Lately i've switched mine up & started making stirfries. So quick & you can change what meats/vegies of sauces you use. I substitute hokkien noodles for vietnamese rice noodles as they're lower in cals :)
  • Absolutely anything! When I workout it's normally something with a good beat though. At the moment it's songs like "Uptown Funk" by Bruno Mars Till I collapse- Eminem - Booty- JLo - Dedication to my ex- Lloyd - Brave Heart- Neon Jungle.
  • I work super early shifts so my breakfast is usually vegemite on wholemeal toast & a banana, works up to 300 cals.

  • I'm in the same boat! My gym is 24hours, so I usually go super late at night when I have to go alone (10/11ish) & it's empty! I also walk on the beach, as it's not too busy. Keep counting your meals & exercise, I find that helps. I also made a fitness instagram to post progress pictures which i find keeps me accountable.…
