You are not alone! I've been doing stronglifts for a little over a month now and can only do 50lbs 3x5 on OHP. The rest of my lifts have progressed so trying to not best myself up over it!

You might want to recheck some of your calorie counts. I noticed that you consistently log Kraft singles as 2 calories when it should be 70. You might be off on some other things as well.?? I agree with the other comments about core strengthening and maybe check to see if you have diastis recti (sp)

I'm a SAHM of 5 and I put "lightly active" I have been losing at a slow but steady rate on 1600 cals.

I lost 2 inches off my stomach in 2 months. Very little ab work though. I did need to strengthen my core after my twin pregnancy but I have the calorie deficit to to thank for my flat stomach!

Forget chemo, just eat some applesauce???

I'm 5'2" and losing on 1600. I was starving on 1200 so I slowly increased (was up to 1800) gained a few pounds and lowered to where I'm at now.

Check out" moms into fitness" The trainer is Lindsey Brin and she has diastasis specific exercises. She has a YouTube channel and Facebook page. I had mild separation after the birth of my twins and her workouts and knowledge has been very helpful.
