Hi! This is my first post, and I'm so happy to have found this thread. I've used MFP to log food off and on for a couple of years. When I've been consistent, I've lost. So consistency is the name of the game for me! Feb. goals: Log daily. Remain below calorie limit. Remain below sodium limit. Lose 10 pounds by Feb. 29. :)
