I drink one after I am through with my workout/strength training. I'm a pescetarian, but do not eat seafood daily, so it helps me meet my 90 gram daily protein requirement.

Hi OP. You have to find it within yourself to gain control of the situation. I understand you do not feel like working out. Might I suggest you try fitnessblender, and even start off with a 8-10min workout? Just force yourself and you will feel a lot better. Shave some calories off each day until you get down to your daily…

Yes. If you lose weight, you will lose your butt. That was one of my dilemmas (although, your butt now looks great to me. People pay to have that...mines didn't look quite like that..i wish.. lol..) Even when I was squatting 110lbs, I thought it would help, but it didn't. My shoulders got broader and my curves went away.…
