IMHO, if your calories are low, like say 12-1300, then I would say eat up to the calories, if trying to lose weight ..but like the person above asked, what are your goals? I usually do not eat up to my daily calories, but my daily calories are also around 1800. It isn't intentional, just is.

Eat a filling breakfast...a few eggs (140 calories), with maybe some oatmeal or yogurt/berries...or eggs over beans or quinoa and spinach....probably equate like 400 calories or so, depending on grams...protein bar in between and piece of fruit (200-250)..then if you want eat your power bowl or a homemade something else…

I use a little olive oil...I have all kinds of flavors..habanero, garlic, lemon, orange, Mediterranean, etc (order it from a specific small business). I usually just use 7 grams or so, 60 cals 7 grams of fat..something like that...worth it.

Eggs are very important in my diet due being a pescetarian and not eating seafood everyday,,, Love them...egg sandwich are great. I don't eat egg sandwiches often, but use eggs often. lol ... lol @ all who are focusing on pieces of eggs falling out of a sandwich. Find that hilarious. No negativity intended. lol :)

I boil for about 10 minutes, turn off stove top, cover, then let it sit for another 10 minutes...rinse in cool water...usually works out well, but it can be a hit or miss.
