I feel really guilty if I eat more than 1,700 calories a day. I'm honest with my log so it's not like I'm cheating myself, but that guilt will eat me alive one day.

NEVER! If it goes in my mouth, it goes in the diary. That is how I hold myself accountable, and cheating does nothing for me. Those red numbers are the things that keep me on track. If I go over my calorie limit, I'll push that much harder in my exercise to get those numbers in the green color.

I tend to lost between 0.5 and 1 pound a week, depending on how much I exercise that week and if I stayed under my calorie goal. I've been dieting since January 1st, and I'm currently at 175 lbs and I'm 5'1.
