Not really. I usually have breakfast and lunch planned but dinner and snacks depends on what day of the week it is. Weekends can be a wild card. As long as I stick with my exercise though I don't have a problem losing weight.

Did you try turning your phone completely off, waiting a bit, then turning it back on again? Also make sure your app is up to date. There was a time my scanner quit working on me for no reason but it came back to life after some tinkering.

Nuts are great! They have good fats in them. I eat them as a snack or along with a piece of fruit for breakfast. Walnuts and Almonds are the best.

I wear mine on my non-dominate arm mostly, but I switch arms throughout the day and keep the setting on dominate. The reason for this is due to the work I do. I'm usually moving one arm more rapidly than the other while I'm stationary and I don't want them to be miscalculated as steps. Since I'm on my feet 70% of the time,…

There are a couple in the Livi Active section on Lane Bryant's website that you can try. The closest to your size is a 38 F.

Whenever I get like that I start eating a lot of protein until I reach that "Satisfied" feeling.

I use the Fitbit Charge and it's pretty accurate. The only thing you have to watch out for is if you use your hands a lot at work. Sometimes your rapid arm movements will be counted as steps. I usually set it to dominant and put it on the arm I'm using less to compensate. The Fitbit has been great for me and checking my…

I think it's like someone else said. I lost weight and I went down about 2 inches in my waist but everything else hasn't changed at all. I looked at some "before and after" photos of myself and it seems I lost weight in my arms, stomach and below my bust but not around the key areas that affect measurements.

Now that I'm actually reading nutrition labels and stuff, I probably had close if not more than 4500 calories a day. I'm between 1400 and 1800 these days with more activity.

I started drinking a lot of sweet teas or lemonade. Basically things that have the sugar I wanted but also a lot of water in them as well. When I cut out soda I started replacing it with cups of water and I eventually stopped missing the sugar altogether. Now I'm on water 24/7. It's really a weening process. The only one…

I have MFP tethered to my Fitbit and I allowed it to give me a deficit if I'm not moving around much. So even if I workout or do my daily 10,000 steps, if I go into couch potato mode (especially after I eat) it will automatically chip away at my remaining calories to eat for the day.

I do the same thing! Some of my work clothes can add on a good 4lbs or more and it always throws me off. I prefer weighing in the flesh for accuracy.

I let myself cheat once in a while just to keep myself from falling off the bandwagon too hard. If I deny myself too much I'm afraid I'll binge and eat a lot for several days in a row. So I give myself a cheat day and that usually comes after losing a significant amount of weight that week. I let myself have that burger or…

I also recommend staying away from the big gym chains. They will lock you into a contract and not let you out. If you read the fine print most of them have terms that require you to keep paying them for the rest of your life (check cancellation terms). I suggest looking for a community fitness center or one that doesn't…
