  • Totally get it 😂 I get up, get kids and myself set up for the day and get on my 1 hour commute to work. I read and get some time to myself. On my day off i try to go to the gym.

  • we've got a health check scheduled for June and last year I got told to lose about 4 kg (or more...). I gained a kilo instead so I have to at least lose 5 to be ok :D So far, I have lost 2 of that so that should be ok. All my other results are fine (cholesterol, blood sugar,...).
