Hey all I'm Sophie, from the uk. I'm 20, 5'5 and weigh around 60kg. I'm not too bothered about my weight but I'd like to loose some inches and just feel stronger! Hey all, I'm 5'4 and around 133, I'd like to be around 120 is :smile: My weakness is the heavy carbs, I just love bread (of any kind, baguettes, bagels etc) and pastries! I can eat really well main meals but the snacking in-between ruins any chance I have! Any tips on not snacking while in the kitchen would be great!
