The general guideline is 3500mg Potassium to meet 100% RDA. Try as I may, I am averaging only half of that. What in the world does one need to do to bump it up?

I'm doing exactly what you're doing ... FitBit for steps, the rest on MFP. Do you know if MFP does a weekly average analysis report. I started only 6 days ago - not quite a week yet :smile:
