185lbs to 142lbs! (5' 9.5") Currently maintaining between 140-145.

H: 5' 9.5" SW: ~185 lbs CW: 149 lbs Loss over about 7 months. I'm not sure of my frame size because I've gotten contradictory results based on my wrist vs my elbow. But I think I'm probably medium. :)
