don't listen to program.. everyone is different if you ate now 2300kcal and not lost 0.5-1kg in week lower daily intake to 2200. if you see no results lower it again until you do.

i'm on defenition for aprox 3 months lost 10 kg it is not that hard and don't rely on motivation, just change your lifestyle :) when you do this losing weight, getting shreded, gaining muscle wont be even a problem
