You're doing great!! Remember the scale is not your friend and muscle does weigh more than fat. Check your BMI at the gym every month and if it's going down your on the right track. I did a complete cleanse and detox and it helped a lot but talk to your doctor first.

I like to eat a 1/2 piece of toasted sourdough bread (no butter) 1/2 of avocado and an egg on top. Add Siracha for some spice.

Hi there I deal with the same issue. There are many many days I can not reach my calorie goal because I'm just not hungry and feel nauseated. I hate that it won't let me log what I have eaten so I can have a little motivation. Add me as a friend and we can battle through this together. Kelly
