I had my charge HR for nearly two years. Never had a problem with it. I just got the blaze a couple of days ago and LOVE it! They have a system update coming to the blaze as well here pretty soon.

You can add me. I've had a binge problem myself. The only thing that seemed to help me was upping my calories and eating a balanced diet. Having a plan and pre-logging really helps a lot also.

I liked WW back in the day. I lost over 60 pounds with the old momentum plan back in 09. Their new program set me on a binge cycle. I think I'm just way to active to be eating so little. Don't worry. I've had my charge Hr for nearly two years and it still looks and works as perfectly as the day I got it. I wear it every single day.

I've been using my Charge HR for a year and half. At first it was very motivating. I increased my activity and just generally started moving more. Now all of that is just habit and I don't pay much attention to it. I still wear it everyday though.

I feel like my Charge HR probably over estimates a bit. That said, I still love it. What I did was unsynched fitbit and MFP and only log my workouts. I still only eat back about 50-70% of those calories just in case.

This is what I wonder. I average about 7,000 steps a day, but my main form of exercise is HIIT. I do a 30 minute HIIT 6 days a week.

Every 15 days. I'm the type of person that can't handle the daily fluctuations and eventually once a week was getting annoying. So once every two weeks! It works perfectly for me.
