I eat breakfast whenever i wake up. The rest of my meals, I eat whenever i'm hungry. I snack alot though lol. I'm always eating. low calorie snacks, though. I try not to eat past 8pm.

I need 10hrs to feel fully rested. I usually get about 7-8hrs on week days. I need caffeine to function on weekdays. lol.

OMG!! i was just about putting up a post about my new obsession with LES MILLS body pump. I'm down 27lbs with 50lbs to go and I just started body pump three weeks ago. I'm soooo hooked!! Hahahhaahha me too. I knew I was losing weight when I needed a belt to keep my jeans from going down. I knew I was losing weight when the frames for my eye glasses started falling off my face. I knew I was losing weight when I didn't feel my love handles roll and collapse when I take off my bra.

Great job!! I started out on January 7th 2016 at 263. I'm currently at 245.1. Lost about 16.9lbs so far. Can't wait to hit my first 50lbs goal. I just want want to see 199 on the scale. I haven't seen that since I was about 15. I'm 26 now.
